  1. Regarding Sarah and her issues of being stuck and not ‘moving forward’ – it sounds like a classic case of procrastination masquerading as ‘being stuck.’ Jill hit the nail on the head: “there is a need for accountability.” Small steps needed before moving forward with bigger steps. A life coach would be a good idea. When my close friend complains that she is not getting anything done, she sets a timer and devotes time to specific tasks. Procrastination can be masking fear of success and is a handy excuse for not ‘achieving one’s best’ in life.
