  1. I related to Linda and her disillusionment. I also avoided meds because I knew that life being as imperfect as it is, is why I am depressed. I wanted to tell her that those side effects she had are normal. Zoloft made me too relaxed where I could fall asleep any time of day. Then Bupropion made me real nervous and anxious, Prozac (Fluoxetine) was nearly perfect, but sedating. Celexa seems to be working the best- although for the first week, I also felt a little ill, slight dizzy spells and slight blurred vision. During the first week I thought I may not continue with it. After a couple weeks, it stabilizes and goes away.
